Where does the Gratitude List® ship from?
The Gratitude List is shipped to you from Belgium via a secure method.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at hello@the-gratitude-list.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.

We offer free on all orders to Belgium, the EU, the USA, and Canada. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout - no code needed.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
The Gratitude List only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
If your Gratitude List package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, your Gratitude List order, and its outer white cardboard packaging, and email hello@the-gratitude-list.com within 5 business days to notify us of the damage.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact hello@the-gratitude-list.com once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.
